During a thorough company and function analysis, we compile a long list of potential candidates, and assess their availability and motivation. After in-depth interviews with the candidates and reference checks, our consultants put forward a shortlist of suitable applicants. You can then invite one or more of the candidates for an interview. If required, Select Human Resources can provide additional tests and/or assessment sessions.

and counseling of the new employee.
