Our Executive Search business unit offers you a number of outstanding services to attract the higher profiles, from middle management to top management level. This unit also assists you in tracking extremely specialised or hard-to-find profiles.

To select these profiles, besides the usual job boards and on-line advertisements, our staff can rely on our databases, supplemented with information from their own networks.

For higher profiles for which only a handful of candidates can be considered on the whole market, we use a direct search method (headhunting).

On the basis of an advanced company and function analysis we draw up a longlist of potential candidates, then we rank them according to availability and motivation. After in-depth interviews with the candidates and reference checks, our consultants finally present you with at least two serious candidates.

For the final selection the client invites one or more candidates for a conclusive interview. If required, Select Human Resources can run additional testing and assessment sessions during this phase.

Select Human Resources can continue being of active assistance even after the hiring, through regular coaching and counselling of the new employee. An extensive review and evaluation of the new staff member also belongs to the "after sales" follow-up.
