Outplacement
The services offered by our outplacement team close the loop of our professional HR support - both for our client companies and our client candidates.
The individual or collective coaching of dismissed staff is currently legally regulated. Our outplacement services obviously comply with all the legal conditions. The added value that Select Human Resources offers resides exactly in those aspects that are not included in the legal framework.
A dismissal is often a human drama -both for the company and for the employee in question. Our outplacement consultants are all former HR Managers who know only too well the effect dismissal can have and are therefore best placed to offer professional support to HR departments and line managers. Their life experience, interpersonal skills and knowledge of numerous sectors of industry and commerce and the labour market are the leitmotiv in the individual coaching of (the) dismissed employee(s). Respect and confidentiality are important factors here.
The goal of our outplacement programmes is twofold:
¥ the dismissed employee must return to work within a reasonable period of time: the average throughput time of an outplacement process is three to four months;
¥ the dismissed employee must feel happy and successful in his/her new job therefore, our consultants regularly follow the candidate after his/her recruitment .
Our contact persons are available seven days out of seven during this emotionally charged period. That is only one of the details showing outplacement coaching by Select Human Resources makes a real difference.
Besides outplacement on dismissal we also provide inplacement coaching for employees who, for whatever reason, cannot keep their present position and have to find a new position within the organization.
