Our client is a leading fmcg multinational looking to recruit a dynamic Head of Sales for their office in Dubai.
Function:
Your core responsibilities would be the following:
To lead the entire sales planning, development, deployment and achievement process so as to achieve the over all business plan all GCC regions
Develop & execute long & medium term Sales Plan for the GCC Business in line with the over all Business Plan
Develop & execute effective strategies to enhance secondary & tertiary sales.
Build strong relationship with trade & key accounts for effective deployment of Sales Plan
Develop effective systems / mechanism to continuously monitor the market and the competition.
Develop effective and on-line performance parameters for members of the team as also trade partners and continuously monitor the same.
Work with the Trade Marketing Manager & Marketing Manager to evolve & execute an effective market support framework to align and achieve the over all business plan.
Provide effective guidance & support to all team members in planning and executing excellent new product launches

Profile:
You will meet the following criteria:
Graduate, preferably MBA in Sales & Marketing with around 15 years experience in Sales in the FMCG industry and last 2-3 years in a similar position in the UAE.
Skills/ Knowledge:
Strong Understanding of UAE fmcg market
Key Accounts Management specially in GCC/UAE
Fluent English and Hindi speaker
Strong knowledge & understanding of FMCG business specially in GCC
High level People Management Skills

We offer:
