A leading marine company is urgently seeking an HR officer for their office in Dubai.
Function:
A mid level HR Officer role reporting to the HR Manager is available with this landmark shipping company. The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day HR related activities including but not limited to:
Recruitment
Training and Development
Performance management.
Hr budgets
Knowledge of job evaluation, compensation & benefits and payroll processing is essential;
